At Yoder Family Early Childhood Education Center our stance on education and care includes childcare being more than just "school” or "daycare”. Our approach to care and learning is all about creating a safe and loving space in which your child can feel supported and accepted. We believe in creating a connection with families to become an extension of the support system you as parents provide at home. Our supportive staff will maintain consistency in their schedules, their approaches to learning and problem solving; and will work alongside you and your child to be flexible to meet their needs "in the moment”.

Our staff is trained to exceed expectations. We have a robust orientation and training regimen to provide staff with the framework of working with children that begins prior to their service in a classroom and continues through monthly meetings, ongoing training, and pointed professional development opportunities.

Our program is built to not only welcome students and families in a loving and supportive manner but to offer a family-oriented team environment. Our work culture is built on inclusivity and the welcoming of diversity and innovation. We have a variety of benefit programs to offer to our staff; striving to provide a workplace full of resources and opportunities to be able to flourish, attract and maintain employment. it is imperative we provide an environment in which our staff feels welcome and supported children thrive on consistency.
