Enrollment

Choosing the right childcare center for your child can be overwhelming. We are so pleased you have found our supportive and nurturing environment and honored in the trust you place in our staff. The enrollment process includes a few steps, and we will guide you through the entire process. To start please read through the different schedule/enrollment options we offer.

Schedule Options

All Age groups have 3 schedule options:

• Full Time (Monday – Friday)
• Part Time 3 days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
• Part Time 2 days (Tuesday/Thursday)
  

Classrooms

Infants (6 weeks to 18 months)
Toddlers (12 months and independently walking – 3 years)
Preschool (2.5 years – 6 years) **Children who miss the "cut off” to register for kindergarten are eligible for the Preschool program, those that will be 5 years old by October 1st of the current year will need to register for kindergarten.

During your tour we will provide information for your family regarding our philosophy, our educational approach, tuition rates, classroom schedules, and answer any questions you may have.

Registration

Once you have decided the Yoder Family Early Childhood Education Center is the right place to enroll your child, we ask that you complete the enrollment survey to let us know of your interest. The survey and a registration fee will hold your child’s space in our program. The registration fee is for the 2024-2025 school year. $150 / child or $250/family.

After your family has toured, filled out the enrollment survey, and paid registration our office will work with your family to complete the enrollment packet. The paperwork and documentation requested within an enrollment packet is required prior to the child’s start date and must be updated annually to adhere to the regulations set forth by the State of Colorado licensing requirements.

Our office will send your family the documents needed for review and reference via email. The enrollment packet includes forms needed for completion by the parent and a medical form that must be completed and signed by your child’s pediatrician (this form also must include their signature, and the date recommended for your child’s next appointment).

ADA Enrollment

Should your child require allergy, medical, educational, physical, or another accommodation not listed your family must adhere to our ADA enrollment process to ensure we are the right fit for your family and ensure their safety while in our care. The ADA enrollment process may take up to a week to review and does include additional paperwork.

Enrollment Steps

1. First please check that your family meets our partnership requirements. Your family must meet one of the following for enrollment to move forward.
   • My spouse or I is an employee of one of the Yoder Family of Companies businesses.
   • My spouse or I is a member of Journey Christian Church.
   • My Spouse or I am an employee of the City of Greeley.
   • My Spouse or I am a First Responder in Weld County.
   • My Spouse or I am a Weld County District 6 Employee
2. Please follow the link to our inquiry form to ensure the age group space and schedule is available for enrollment. A member of management will reach out to confirm and send the invoice for the registration fee. You will be asked to create an account with Procare for billing and invoices.
3. Take a tour of the facility and bring a valid ID with you.
4. Receive, fill out, and return all required enrollment packets documents.
5. Schedule the start date, ensure your child has had an opportunity to see the classroom (should this require an additional tour please schedule with our office as we believe they need to see the school prior to their first day).
6. Download the Teaching Strategies Family App prior to your first day to ensure you can receive daily communications.
